Sooo pretty! I'm trying to learn how to do this as well--though I don't think it'll ever turn out this good. Did you use easycast epoxy to make the glassy bit on top?
I used a water based like resin. I was too scared to use something not water based over watercolour work (even if I sealed it guh, i'm paranoid). And I heard that epoxy resin tends to turn out yellow after a while.
I heard though that a product called Ice Resin (which is epoxy i think) does not turn yellow. I will order some next spring and test it ! Don't wanna order it right now, it might freeze outside while delivered.

Ice cast--I'm totally going to try that now (well, like you said, when it's warmer.) I hadn't heard that about easycast, so that's good to know.
