Nouveau passe-temps / New hobby

Bonjour bonjour !
Voici un aperçu de ce que je fais ces temps-ci pour me changer les idées. Encre et aquarelle en bijouterie.

******

Hi hi !
Here is a small preview of what I do these days to free my mind. China ink and watercolour on jewelry.

Sooo pretty! I'm trying to learn how to do this as well--though I don't think it'll ever turn out this good. Did you use easycast epoxy to make the glassy bit on top?

Hey thanks !! :)

I used a water based like resin. I was too scared to use something not water based over watercolour work (even if I sealed it guh, i'm paranoid). And I heard that epoxy resin tends to turn out yellow after a while.

I heard though that a product called Ice Resin (which is epoxy i think) does not turn yellow. I will order some next spring and test it ! Don't wanna order it right now, it might freeze outside while delivered.

Ice cast--I'm totally going to try that now (well, like you said, when it's warmer.) I hadn't heard that about easycast, so that's good to know.

I love the jewelry. In fact I love all the stuff you do on this blog--you are one of those people who does everything well.
